Pet Dental Care Month - June 2012
This June is National Pet Dental Care Month.
Dental disease is a common cause of ill health in animals. It not only causes dental pain and bad breath, it can also have a negative impact on other aspects of your pets’ health. MCVG are participating in this worthwhile cause.
If you would like your pet to get a FREE dental consultation with a Veterinary Nurse and receive a free goodie bag please phone your usual MCVG branch for an appointment (sorry not available at Balloch branch).
Pet Microchip Month - June 2012
This June is National Pet Microchip Month.
MCVG will be participating in this by offering microchipping at the reduced price £12.77 (including consultation).
Microchipping is a valuable way of permanently identifying your pet. It involves a small implant being inserted under the skin. In most species (including cats, dogs and rabbits) the microchip is inserted between the shoulder blades. This can be done in a standard consultation does not require an anaesthetic (apart from in some small species such as birds). Microchips are compulsary if you intend taking your pet abroad on holiday. They are also a great way of reuniting lost pets with their owners.
If you would like to get your pet microchipped and make use of this great offer please call your normal branch of MCVG for an appointment.
